I love, love, love all the talk about getting students more involved with our nonprofits. Love it! We've had a lot of talk among Gould, Telstar, 4H Camp, and Mahoosuc Kids around getting the word out among the kids, so I think it's time to start talking about the possible opportunities for them to get involved in. For example, thinking back on the past year of my other gig at the Watershed Council, it would have been awesome to have a student help out with social media and otherwise documenting the Source to the Sea Trek, or possibly had them take part in our habitat survey or culvert inventory with the help of a teacher or parent.
